1. User Responsibilities

  • Account Security: Keep your login credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Acceptable Use: Don’t use the Service for unlawful activity, scraping, or disrupting others.

2. Subscription & Payment

MMR Statistic offers Starter, Personal, and Professional plans—monthly or annual. All subscriptions auto-renew via Stripe unless you cancel before the period ends.

  • Billing Cycle: Your card on file is charged at the start of each cycle.
  • Cancellations: Cancel anytime; you retain access until the current period expires.
  • Refund Policy: Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion—see our Billing FAQ for details.
  • Price Changes: We’ll notify you 30 days in advance of any rate adjustments.

3. Intellectual Property

All platform content—reports, charts, UI components, and code—is owned or licensed by Maximize Market Research. You may export permitted data (CSV, PDF) but may not redistribute, sublicense, or sell any content without written permission.

  • Usage analytics, preferences, and device information.
  • Deletion upon request after the retention period.

  • User-initiated: Cancel anytime; data remains available until period end.
  • Company-initiated: Accounts may be suspended for TOS violations, without refund.
  • Export Window: You may export your data within 30 days post-termination; thereafter we may delete it.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. We may update them occasionally; material changes will be posted here with an effective date and emailed to you. Continued use signifies acceptance.
